CANCELLATION
We require 24 HOURS notice of cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS
Less than 24 Hour Cancellation is $50
No Call/No Show: You will be charged 100% of service cost

 

DEPOSITS
All deposit are non-refundable, but will go towards your service.
New Clients: There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for booking your first service.
Hair Extension Implementation: After consultation, you will be required to pay a deposit if you choose this service.
Wefted Microlinks is $100 deposit
I-tip Microlinks is $250 deposit

 

GUEST & CHILDREN
Guests and children not being serviced are welcomed.
Due to limited space we are asking they wait in the reception area.
Guest(s)/ Children(s) hanging around the salon stations while multiple Stylists are working may potentially be chaotic. ​

 

PAYMENTS
We accept payment in the form of Cash, Cashapp, Venmo, Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
Gratuity is greatly appreciated.

 

LATE ARRIVAL
There is a 15 minute grace period.
We understand things happen, and Atlanta traffic is a lot.
We encourage you call or text before your service to advise us if you’ll be late.
There may be times where we can be a little bit more lenient, but on days when we are fully booked, there are NO EXCEPTIONS. You may or may not be charged a “Cancellation Fee” of $50.

 

WAITLIST
We offer a waitlist for those clients who are need of a service, but at the moment we are in high demand and booked. Things happen, clients cancel, and this gives another clients an opportunity to possibly book a service if the date and time permits them.
